I, Alana Holmes petition that child protection investigation laws be changed due to child endangerment, children suffer emotional, physical and psychological abuse. Children shall be placed in a proper secure environment that will include evaluation and supported with remediation. This will include a sixty-day process where there will be a children nonprofit refuge center. This center should be funded by federal or state government. It will include on-hand counselors, nurses, physicians, cooks and more. During the investigation many children situations intensify whether they are in hands of their parents, grandparents, or other adults supervision. If a child reaches out for help CPS should take safety protocol for all involved. Legal guardians should not be notified right away until the child is secure due to their safety.
