This petition is to help spread the word that corporations, who encourage employees to do the right thing and report inappropriate behaviors to Human resource or through other methods, how they set up 800 numbers, to where you can report anonymously. This is all propaganda for the public. these corporations really do not like when lower level employees exploit managers, who break the rules, Human Resources who are put in place to help the employee, when employee reports inappropriate behavior, Human Resource makes the employee feel like a rape victim, as if it is their fault a manager is harassing them, they allow managers to lie on reviews even when the employee has proof that they are lying.
