Time & time again Coral hide behind their terms & conditions to avoid paying out when they loose.
If you read their T&C's you'll find they can refuse to honour absolutely any bet they don't fancy paying out on FACT.
Coral Slip No. 126302802425 was a winning bet with an estimated return of 100K refused due to human error by a member of staff.
Now in terms & conditions it states a bet can be refused for this reason as a betting shop is a crowded and hectic, fast moving environment. However, in this case when the bet was placed, only the punter was at the counter with 2 members of staff (including a manager) and the shop itself was quite.
As well as human error, if you should ever be lucky enough to win a large sum, they'll try computer systems failure on you. Or, they will claim your handwriting is poor on the slip and they can't read it.
Coral cannot be trusted to hold a Gambling License, they should pay for their mistakes just like the rest of us, or, their licence should be revoked. they cannot continue to operate as though they are above everyone else, that they can get away with anything they please. Morals and ethics must be forced upon them, not small print terms & conditions.
If you have bought a Lottery ticket, if you have placed a bet, then you have dared to hope & dream!

I really thought this might just fizzle out but honestly the momentum right now is absolutely wild and it proves that so many of you have dealt with this same nonsense from these betting shops. It is genuinely surreal to see this pick up steam because these big companies usually think they can just ignore common sense while hiding behind their pages of fine print.

Total joke. They take your money fast enough but when you win they find any excuse to keep it. Absolute crooks.
THIS NEEDS TO STOP. Coral are taking everyone for a ride. Stay away from these shops guys.
its rigged. simple as that. they love the rules when they win but suddenly need a lawyer when you do.

Happend to my brother last year. They said the slip was misprinted n refused to pay out. How is that our fault???

Thanks every1 for taking the time to jump on board with this, awesome. this is simply stage 1, several more simple people power tactics will follow over time + a national daily newspaper is already interested in the story :)
