Allow a community garden to be grown in the City of Copperas Cove. A town in which so many Veteran's call home and still support the community each and every day. You see so much crime happening now a days. Very rarely are we able to witness true kindness and giving back into a community through a whole hearted action. One which has been done by only volunteers and donations and no help of the city was required nor asked for.
