Medford is losing its green spaces. It's already sickening that this space is about to have house on it instead. Please spare the tree. This tree is beautiful. It has as much a right to exist as we do.

This magnificent, HEALTHY tree is one of the most splendid and probably one of the oldest examples of a copper beech tree to be found in the city. It clearly enhances and distinguishes the property on which it sits, and I'm sure the new tenants will appreciate years of enjoyment in the great shade that this beautiful tree provides. I know I have for many years, as my friend was the former owner of this property. You will be far better served to preserve this tree intact than you will be by removing it ,which in doing so, would destroy the value of the property and all you're hard work to this point. Save the Tree!

You don't even have to be a tree lover to appreciate the beauty of this tree! But if you are truly a tree lover, cutting down this tree would not even cross your mind.

Why would anyone wAnt to cut down this beautiful tree. I am originally from Medford and lived near Walnut St. Don't make a mistake and take away a landmark.

I grew up at 65 Summer st and we also had a beech tree. Remember walking by every day on the way to St Joe's and being impressed by that property and tree. So many of the lovely trees on t hat street have been removed.

Medford is supposed to be a 'Tree City' so please preserve and honor this venerable and majestic tree that graces our city. We need to take care of our natural resources.
