Consumer's Deserve the Right to Choose their Agent!

I could not navigate my insurance choices and issues with out the help of a broker!!

We need brokers just to translate all the BS from insurance companies they deserve every penny!

My broker has been fundamental in keeping my family informed and properly insured. She deserves to be compensated appropriately, she makes mine and many peoples lives easier.

Making decisions as a lay person is next to impossible without the assistance of an insurance broker! We pay a lot for medical insurance and thus require an expert broker to make sure that we are making the most informed decisions. After all we are talking about our health!!!

My agent THE INSURANCE MOM is amazing. She deserves to be paid properly.

Commission shouldn't be 15 per app should be 8% no less to maintain us to help our clients. At 15 we are out the business

This is an injustice to the American people. They deserve to have a licensed agent help them with their health insurance. The people that work @ the Marketplace are not licensed and have very limited information they can say to a customer regarding the plan details. My customers love using me and my advise is priceless!

Commissions are included in the rate filings with the Insurance Commission. It has to be against the law to file a rate that includes an Agent's commission and then not pay it to the Agent.

We need our agents, they are there for us whenever we have questions or need help!

Insurance is more confusing these days than it has ever been. People need an advocate and someone to guide them through the maze that is the Affordable Care Act!

Pay the commission to the insurance agents. We spend time and money preparing and educating ourselves to inform our clients on the marketplace and different insurance plans. Health insurance agents have families that needs to be taken care of just like everyone else. Most of us insurance agents are passionate about helping people protect their health. Please pay the commission.
