This man was clearly murdered, I would ask our congressman to review the cell phone videos and ask themselves if that force was really necessary, all five troopers/FBI agents need to be brought to trail for murder.

The obvious nature of this death requires an investigation. Also, the ownership of land by the Federal Government, in stark contrast to the U.S. Constitution, also requires investigation.

this was MURDER. It was an ambush by people exerising under the color of law. Lavoy's hands were up in the air before they shot and killed him. Please investigate this.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven. This man was protesting just like the Occupy Boston people. Definitely warrants a Congressional investigation. If the FBI etc. have done nothing wrong, they will welcome the opportunity to clear the air!!

The murder of Levoy Finnicum needs to be inversigated. We the American people do not need to fear that the federal government will kill Americans with no recourse or at least investigations. The American people will rise up against the government if their rights and their lives are not protected!

Congress must investigate LaVoy Finicums murder. The people have lost faith in Government. There has been a great injustice committed and we need answers. There is to much secrecy surrounding this case and no real answers. You have a responsibility to assure that justice is served.

This true American (so few left in this country) was murdered for daring to take a stand for all of us , to reassert the accountability of out of control federal authority to the law and order of our constitution. It's time we all stop allowing ourselves to be divided against each other along racial or whatever other lines those who would like to distract us from the steady March of tyranny would have us do. Mr. Finicum, I'm confident, was truly making a stand for all of us, all citizens, all races, religions and creeds, those in little rural towns and counties, big urban cities and everything in between. I am grateful to know that there is still an America out there as evidenced by this Hero and those courageous enough to stand with him. My condolences and prayers to his wife, children and community. RIP Lavoy Finicum.
