This man was clearly murdered, I would ask our congressman to review the cell phone videos and ask themselves if that force was really necessary, all five troopers/FBI agents need to be brought to trail for murder.

This true American (so few left in this country) was murdered for daring to take a stand for all of us , to reassert the accountability of out of control federal authority to the law and order of our constitution. It's time we all stop allowing ourselves to be divided against each other along racial or whatever other lines those who would like to distract us from the steady March of tyranny would have us do. Mr. Finicum, I'm confident, was truly making a stand for all of us, all citizens, all races, religions and creeds, those in little rural towns and counties, big urban cities and everything in between. I am grateful to know that there is still an America out there as evidenced by this Hero and those courageous enough to stand with him. My condolences and prayers to his wife, children and community. RIP Lavoy Finicum.

There are SO MANY unanswered questions about Finicum's death. The state of Oregon needs to present all the data - videos, sound records, dashcams, everything, to show what really happened!!

I completely agree. Lavoy Finicum was a good man who sacrificed his time and eventually his life to fight for our Constitutional rights. He was systematically ambushed and murdered. We live in America! How can this be ignored? Congress MUST investigate.

This man was unarmed and murdered in cold blood. He broke NO LAWS. The men who shot him were committing tyranny and should be tried for their crimes and punished accordingly with nothing less than a death sentence. Americans are tired of a tyrannical government literally getting away with murder, and taking our homes, and possessions unlawfully. Tyranny....PERIOD.

The obvious nature of this death requires an investigation. Also, the ownership of land by the Federal Government, in stark contrast to the U.S. Constitution, also requires investigation.
