We as a community of Heidedal are taking a stand against the poor performance and conduct of the Station commander and his colleagues. We demand immediate improvement and accountability from them. We want a police station that is responsive, respectful, professional, and effective in ensuring a safe community for all.

We have lost confidence in the Station Commander's ability to lead and manage the Heidedal Police station. He has shown incompetence, indifference, and disregard to our community concerns and needs. He has failed to address the issues that the neighborhood watch has raised with him and to hold his subordinates accountable for their actions. He has allowed the Police station to become a source of frustration and fear for us rather than a source of support and protection. We demand that he be removed from his position and replaced by a capable and caring person.

We the Heidedal Civic Association will circulate a petition beforehand and plan to have a planned march on the 29th of October 2023. The march will be from the Normal Dubell Hall to the Heidedal Police Station.
