Enough with the rezoning already! We live here for a reason and don't need more parking lots ruining our neighborhood feel.
Why do they keep trying to change the rules for themselves? This is a Residential zone. Leave it alone!
The town board needs to listen to the actual residents for once instead of just developers looking to make a quick buck. Reject this application.
NO PARKING. We dont need it.
This would be a total disaster for traffic safety. Please dont let this happen.

Terrible idea. Keep the zoning as is. We got way too much traffic on northern blvd as it is without adding more chaos.
Enough with the rezoning already! We live here for a reason and don't need more parking lots ruining our neighborhood feel.
