Bolton residents are asking the City of West Linn to 1. cease all work on the current plan and 2.provide an independent project manager and funds to work with us to develop at least two additional concept plans for the Arch Bridge Area based on our city wide independent survey of residents. I am tired of hearing Councilor Tan talk about "All the community involvement and great input received" but can not point to any changes made from the community's input.
I think the IGA is a binding contract and has to be resolved.
open planning to all citizens of West Linn...work shops?
This needs to happen immediately so we can get rid of the ugly mess we currently have and turn it into something beautiful.

What the city has done is a shame on so many levels which you described in your email. This same money could have gone a long way to repair our ailing water system!!
