Comporium Cable Investigation - Monopoly

Please end the monopoly and give Rock Hill residents more options.

Cost are way out of line, of what is available today in streaming video, was a customer not no more

Poor product

We no longer have Comporium cable as they keep raising the rates. We have no choice but to use Comporium Internet Services as there are no other options available, which is ridiculous today. Consumers should have many other options for internet services and Cable TV services.

I live on the outskirts of Rock Hill and my only other option is Satellite which is also expensive. Comporium internet is awful. I pay way too much for what I am getting.

Comporium's basic internet package cost double what I was paying for 250mbs internet in Charlotte.

Let’s get a few companies in here. I’m sure they can run new lines if another company would come in!

I get buffering and slow connections. I wish there were other options available besides Comporium.

How has this company's stranglehold in Rock Hill been allowed to persist into 2020!?

Need to end monopoly. Allow us to chose AT&T or other options.

I want better service and a choice. I’m paying a lot for mediocre service. This is 2020.

Its unbearable. Cost too much every month, while giving spotty coverage. Wish they were fair in pricing.

How long will this monopoly last? Rock Hill is no longer rural. How do they keep getting away with it?

This must end. I am in the city of Rock Hill, but have no Comporium service connection to my house and no other provider can give me service because of the monopoly
