Another rate Increase w/out any real explanation and I only use internet services. Lest we forget, they noted they would charge each customer $2 if they received a paper bill, but they never adjusted their cost to compensate people that are using paperless billing. We want more competition, but are stopped by Comporium and some archaic laws/rules that give them control of this area.

Comporium is using it's monopoly status to overcharge for internet service ! And continues to increase rates at a rapid pace . Please allow competition or at least get competitive bids for internet !

This is the worst, I don't plan to buy in this area just because of this very issue...its awful, builders say they have no choice in the matter...well I do...I won't build here.

service techs are terrible
they do not provide me with the speed i pay for and then say they only guarentee 80 percent of what i pay for

We decided to not have internet because They are Really the only choice. They are soo high and make people pay very high deposits.

Moved here from Charlotte where I paying $40 less per month for fiber. Paying $90 for lowest speed internet and forced to do so because there are no other providers.

The service is so slow and laggy, I call to voice my opinion and all they can say is “reset your router.” That doesn’t help. Prices have also increased despite terrible service

There has been an issue for years, not being able to get a different provider for the area other than Comporium. The problem with this is that this company knows they can jack up pricing and rates because you must pay for it or else do without. Please get some other option available to the people. Thank you!

Our internet is running at 64.9 mbps not near what it should be. Tired of the high rates with no internet half the time.

Comporium is horrible and over priced in my area. It is not fair to pay for service that constantly goes out or has no service especially without any refunds or any compensation. This is outrageous
