I live in Fort Mill, SC and the only provider for internet and cable is Comporium. Why are we not given the option to bring in other companies that charge less for better service. We as paying customers should have the right to choose from multiple options, not have one shoved down our throats that provides crappy service for an outrageous monthly price. This has to be stopped and we need to be given choices of where to spend our hard-earned money!!!

I live in Fort Mill and there is not other provider for internet. Comporium is a monopoly raising price every year and no other company is allowed

Way overpriced for regular internet. If it was fiber optic maybe but even Google fiber doesn’t charge this much and they are actually very good.

I live in Brevard, NC. Comporium NEEDS to let other companies into our mountainous region. I understand they did the grunt work, however, their services are no longer running at the capacity needed for modern-day business and school.

I am signing this petition because I also believe Comporium has monopolized the Internet service industry. I do not live in Rock Hill, SC. However, I do live in Brevard, NC and the only Internet service provider in the area is Comporium. This seriously needs to be addressed. Comporium has maintained an Internet service monopoly in this area for years. Meanwhile, just like in Rock Hill, all the surrounding communities have multiple ISP options and are paying far less for the same speeds. I really hope this can be heard.

It is not fair to have a company that monopolizes a service in 2022. If there were another cable company in Rock Hill SC I would use them over Comporium.
