Gauging me over $40/month bc they say a bundle changed. Have escalated to supervisors. No call backs. Will not work with me. Providing me no discounts. I used to have $10/increase per year, where is $40 per month increase coming from with same service? It's a monopoly with no other service providers. It's not fair to the public!

Why is Comporium allowed to run a monopoly in this area. I live in Lancaster and it's the same as Rock Hill they're the only internet and cable provider.

Price keeps going up even on the base internet plan. With no competition, they can raise prices at will. This is a monopoly that needs to be controlled

Antitrust laws were put in place in 1890 to keep companies from having a monopoly, so how is it that Comporium is the only internet service provider in this area. It is the worst internet I’ve ever used..I had better service in Africa.

I despise Comporium (formerly known as Rock Hill Telephone Company). I’ve had to upgrade to their highest package which is sold as “fiber,” but it’s not fiber optic, it’s “fiber speeds through a coaxial cable.” What they’re doing is unethical and we deserve other options for cable at the very least. I’d like to see this “company” go out of business, it’s a joke and nothing but a scam. Pay more for half of the internet speeds that you can get across the state line and you get no accountability from the company or their employees, supervisors, or technicians.
PLEASE PUT AN END TO THIS; their business is unethical and probably borderline illegal.

Time to end their 125 plus year reign. It's ridiculous that Comporium is the only provider allowed in York County. And it's the same for Chester and Lancaster counties as well. We need more options that would be price competitive for the public. But York County government is to blame as they've allowed them to operate this monopoly for far too long! We need more companies to be allowed to come in. Compourium and York County are in on this together!

Paying $70 month for internet only with slow and lagging plus crashes all the time. I have no choice but Comporium in my neighborhood in Rock Hill.

There are no other options for internet service providers, service is very poor and prices are unreasonably high. We should have the option to use any company willing to operate in this area as American antitrust and monopoly policy indicate.
