Not only have I experienced mail delivered to the wrong address but good luck getting an appointment for a passport. Called so many times and left messages but never received a call back. I ended going else where! So dissatisfied!!

I have lived in several states and but have never experienced this kind of ridiculous service. Mails have been delivered to the wrong address. Please do something.

I have lived in frisco for 11 years and the service has been horrible. In the last 6 years it's worsened. We regularly don't get mail. More times than I can count our mail was delivered to other homes and I got people's mail. Some days mail is not delivered till after 7pm. If mail comes from dfw area it can take 3 to 5 days to receive. Sometimes longer. The people at the Preston road location do not care at all. They are just collecting a paycheck. It does no good complaining. If there was alternative service I would sure take advantage. A complete overhaul is needed immediately!

I get the wrong mail in my mailbox twice a week at least. The actual post office is extremely slow and always understaffed. There is no sense of urgency regardless of how long the line is. When you finally make it to the front the clerks are expected to be rude or short. They can do better.

I've also called office after not receiving mail for days constantly getting mail that doesn't belong to us getting my bills AFTER they are due!!!!! I was told to fill out a change of address form so it is updated who's mail should actually get delivered where?????

Service is so sporadic in home delivery. It seems they've abandon any time schedules or routes. Missing, delivery errors are the norm lately. Forget the long lines with many inside and one actual clerk doing business.we need an overhaul

Our mail carrier has lost packages, delivered our mail to wrong houses and consistently given our mail to other homes on my street. I have notes within my mailbox that states "mail for Yarberry and Mathews only", I still receive mail for other names nowhere close to mine or my fiance's. Would really like to see this corrected and have my faith in the USPS restored.

Neighbors getting my mail and I'm getting neighbors mail. Mail box was hit by mail man and they refused to pay for it. It took 2 months to get a response. Mail man won't deliver mail if a vehicle is parked near my mail box and the vehicle could belong to another resident. I witnessed the mail man drop a package at my door because I did not answer the door. I pulled up into the driveway and witnessed it. When I got out I said REALLY! He looked at me and kept walking to his vehicle. I called in to complain and I never heard back. They are terrible and it's poorly managed!

This has been an on going issue at my work. I work for the school district and when we don't get our mail, the bills don't get paid. We will go weeks without mail, and when you call, they are rude when they do answer the phones.ost of the times my call is just sent to voicemail. So fustrating!!! The Frisco post office is the WORST!

Being a military wife, I've lived all over the country and have never experienced the poor service I've received in Frisco. Our regular mail carrier is great but when he is gone, the problems are bad. I receive other people's mail about every other week. I'm worried that I am missing mail because I hear many people in the neighborhood stating the same thing. I can just hope my mail is brought to me by a nice neighbor and not just thrown in the trash.

There have been numerous times when we have gotten out mail late at night. Also, we get other people's mail. We always our neighbors mail to them if they live in our neighborhood, or we write "wrong address" and place it back in the mailbox if not. I wonder how many people get our mail who don't bother doing that.

We were soon fed up and tried just about everything to get our mail delivered. We even had channel 8 news conduct a special report.....of course they denied any wrong doing

The postal service in frisco is unreliable, undelivered mail, mail to the wrong recipient, not showing up for days after it states it's been delivered
Always mix up mails and misses mails often
