After numerous substandard situations, fifteen years ago I began mailing everything through the Colleyville post office that is by my office; that post office is wonderful!

Agree with previous comments. These specific employees at this branch are the worst. Unhappy, rude, bored, etc.
We usually use a different place to mail packages, but were forced to go in to get passports for our children.
While getting passports (which took over an hour!) our son said hello to the employee and asked him his name. The employee just stared at him and refused to even talk to him directly. My son was excited to get a passport and was trying to talk to the employee and this employee looked at us and asked us to keep our son quiet.
He made us redo all the paperwork we had completed at home because one of the pages had been folded at the corner a tiny bit, but he only realized this when we were completely done. We redid everything while our 3 & 7 year old waited with us.
This post office has terrible wait to get service, and it's not at all worth the wait.
I drive to a mckinney post office (off Virginia and stonebridge) where the employees are delightful.

Our mail carrier feels the need to fold all of our mail in half to put it in our mailbox (though he doesn't need to as we have a large mailbox) damaging photographs and other mail. I have asked him to stop but it continues to this day.

My husband and I have lived in our home in Frisco for 2 years and have had problems with USPS since day 1!! We have tried calling several times to remedy delivery issues and NOTHING has been or will be done. We have seen the mail carrier delivering mail at 8PM OR LATER but told by USPS that that is impossible. Really?? We saw it with our own eyes!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and something MUST be done!!

My neighbor was out of town and put a hold on mail but was still delivered on some days. I check her box daily and retrieved it

In addition to the poor delivery service mentioned on the petition, the staff working the post office are not efficient and it always takes 2-3 times longer than it should. The staff moves at a snail's pace.

Never enough helpers. Have been going to another place to mail things as this place is terrible.

Lack of service, rude / unconcerned staff, lack of accountability or a seemingly loss of desire to serve their customers or community. This is Frisco Tx.. WE CAN DO BETTER.

I have lived many places in the country and this is by far the worst post office I have used. The days leading up to Christmas was incredibly stressful as they would mark packages as "delivered" on my postal tracker app- but I would literally watch them from my front window as they pulled up- delivered mail, but no package, and drove away. When I finally was able to get them on the phone- they were rude. I over head arguing and vulgar language being used in the back ground. Their excuse was - well we marked your package as delivered because we intended to deliver it that day. Also- there were some periods when we wouldn't get mail for weeks because the deliver decided we didn't live at our address and put a hold on our mail without even telling us.

In our community on the west side of Frisco near the lake, our mail is consistently delivered to wrong addresses, delivered very late in the evening, stolen or missing for days, very unreliable. Worst mail service we've ever experienced.

Worst mail service that I have bee experienced. No one cares to help. I go to the Plano post office or a private post service but have given up on this post office. Everyone on the line is angry.

Terrible customer service, extremely disorganized and dirty post office. Staff very difficult to deal with especially for passports or picking up packages. I DREAD having to do anything in person that deals with the staff. What happened to the days of your friendly postmaster or someone actually caring about how customer service was delivered?! I agree with all the comments here, wrong mail, rude staff, late deliveries, etc. Hope this gets to someone up the chain who cares!

We've lost checks through the mail and the passport office was rude to my children. They are petrified in their photos. Terrible office.
