Complaint Protest against Frisco USPS - 8700 Stonebrook Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034

Mail often comes to our house for neighboring streets. Two days mail was delivered at 8:30pm or so! Live in Rivendale By The Lake.

The mail delivery has been very frustrating in the past couple of years....hoping for a change!

Miramonte neighborhood When I first moved in I had to go EVERY WEEK to pick up my mail while five months pregnant. Their excuse was the new employee was still in training. When mail was delivered it would be a huge stack of mail some dated weeks ago. Another problem with a package that was returned to sender (me) and according to my tracking number it was delivered back to that office but I was told it was "lost".

Though I do not live in Preston highlands I have the same issues with this post office as far as misdelivered mail. I have complained so many times online but have finally given up on it getting corrected after 3 years, though it has improved. The employee attitudes at USPS Frisco are unlike anything I've ever experienced anywhere else. i have never had a positive experience there, usually I leave feeling frustrated by the service and wishing going to the other location on Teel was more convienent. when it is, I go there, despite the fact the 75034 office is less than a mile from home. I feel as though there must be management issues at the highest levels at this office for the rudeness and disrespect the office has for its customers to permeate so thoroughly and for so long.

Horrible customer service. The mail delivery is absolutely horrendous -yellow stickers placed on mail as undeliverable for no reason, loss mail and mail placed in the incorrect mailboxes

I miss having our regular postal worker. It's nice to see a familiar face that will smile and wave. Now we often get mail belonging to other people and I worry about having people mail stuff to us. Not sure if we will actually get it or not?

Worst customer service ever. They talk very rudely and we have had lot of lost mail which was never recovered.

Absolutely awful service, worst I've ever seen living in 3 states. Even worse is the attitude - we have tried all of the customer service escalation avenues with no improvement.

My favorite was when the post man flipped my wife off.

So many times we have the mail delivered to the wrong address. Other times it doesn't even come, or it's well past 7pm. The post office on Stonebrook is extremely rude! They are not helpful. The worst customer service! They make us feel like they are doing us a favor and we are at their mercy!

Our business has been opened a little over 3 years. We have visited this office multiple times about lost mail and they have done nothing for us and the problems still continue. They have cost us around $400 in late fees since we have opened due to lost bills.

I went there last Saturday to pick up a certified letter. Although government employees are traditionally rude, condescending, and always seem annoyed, the woman at the window was over the top. If I treated my customers like she did (not just me), I wouldn't have a job.

Packages delivered open. Content missing.

I have missed numerous mail packages that were sent to the wrong address and things I have sent through eBay have had negative effects on buyers that I have sent stuff to as well

When I needed to obtain a passport I was hung up on several times. I would call and wait and then the phone would be picked up and then hung up.

Needs a total overhaul don't even get me started on passports

I don't get all my mail. No help from postal staff.

Mis – delivered mail, no mail for days, mailbox left open in the rain, delivery after 7 PM, mail needing to be picked up staying in the box for days. A hot mess.

We had the wrong mail delivered to us countless time. Along with no mail and late mail delivery...once as late as 10pm. Also the carrier for our neighborhood drive through like he's practicing for the Indy 500. There is no reason to drive like that through a neighborhood!
