Our whole neighborhood has had problems in the past - not receiving any mail for 3 to 4 days; mail delivery at 7:00 pm or later.

So much lost mail I drive to plano to mail letters. The last thing they lost was just last month when I ordered new checks from my bank. I never got them. The bank put a stop on them. Then reordered and I picked them up from the BANK.

Our mail is often missing or damaged. In the last two weeks our mail has been delivered to other mailboxes on our street three times. Sometimes our mail is delivered after 7 pm.

We have experienced these comments and still do. Calling the stonebrook post office falls of deff ears even if yoiu can get them to answer the phone.

This is THE WORST US Post Office I have ever been to. The line is horrible and after a very long wait, you are greeted with rude, hateful individual who is unwilling to answer questions or to assist you. Hateful, hateful, hateful employees!!

Constantly get mail for the wrong address. Makes me worry I'm not getting my mail. Don't trust this office would rather use UPS to ship with confidence. Always ling line at the office

My mail has been delivered to the wrong address, I've gotten other people's mail, I've lost mail! I have complained to the inspector general and gotten nowhere!! I'm happy to see that someone is finally doing something!!!
