I have called numerous times only to be told that our carrier has been out on leave and there is nothing that can be done. After 10+ years, there is absolulutely something that can be done. A carrier's job is not protected for that long of a period of time. If the covering carrier is not performing then something needs to be done. In any other company (even any other governmental agency) if performance is like this the person would be documented and subsequently terminated if performance continued to be this poor. Do they really think community mail boxes are going to solve this problem?

Constantly receive mail for other addresses (once even 2 streets away and a different house number)! Packages are delivered 2 or 3 days after marked delivered. Horrible customer service and no follow up on a complaint.

I agree with many comments that others have mentioned. My biggest complaint is that when a tracked package is delivered via USPS, it will most often than not show as "delivered" 2-3 days before the physical package is actually delivered.

Email service in the Pearson Farms neighborhood is unreliable at best. Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address, sometimes we only receive deliveries every other day.

Tried for 5 month to make an appointment for passports. Left message after message and no one called back. We finally went to McKinney to get passports issued. Although we had no appointment, we got it done that day. The mailboxes in our neighborhood are left open after delivery, up and down most of our streets, even when it's pouring rain. Apparently, it's tough to close a mailbox door.

I live in zip code 75033 and we have the same issues as 75034. The mail is not timely, the mail is delivered to the wrong address. Last summer, we were out of town for 2 weeks, so we put a hold on our mail till we got back and when we got it... 2 weeks worth was shoved into our mailbox, instead of walking it over to our door leaving it in the USPS container. Lazy and irresponsible behavior when it comes to someone's mail. I must add, that the mail person's drive poorly and aggressively as well.

I have lived all over the US and in Europe. This is the worst! I have had all the issues reported in comments. No one answering the phone, when they did they did not speak but left off hook for over 30 min while typing. I reported that to HQ in DC so when I arrived for appointment, a very rude employee was waiting for me and then I was told I could not be helped there. Rude employees including Postmaster. Lines long and post office filthy and no one seems to care. The Frisco Lakes community (as well as surrounding communities) is classified as a rural area so we don't even have a regular carrier. No mail (for days), missing mail, mail in late evening hours, mailboxes left open, misdirected mail, lost mail that was mailed from mailbox (don't do that anymore), and just overall bad management. I have reported to USPS HQs in DC, to the Office of Inspector General of the Post Office, etc. to no avail. I signed up for Informed Delivery and then when complained, was told that was scanned at Distribution Point in Coppell and they dont know what happened to the mail in between Coppell and Frisco. I recommend this petition be sent to our State and Federal Senators and Representatives to get any response at all! Let's don't take it anymore!

Hopefully the problem can be fixed soon. It is only going too get worse as the population grows.

The service at the Stonebrook Post Office leaves much to be desired. To be fair, our mail carrier is quite wonderful and kind.

I have a gigantic problem with our Stonebrook usps. I cannot get a single piece of mail. All my mail for the past 6 weeks suddenly got sent back, all of my bills, including my Frisco utility bills, and all personal mail. Oh but I get all the junk mail! I have filed numerous complaints on the usps website. It took three days, but I finally got to speak to our postmaster, and he basically said all he could do was let me know every Weds how many pieces of mail where sent here and delivered. Must be because I cannot count. Ridiculous troubleshooting to a non-resolution. He also blames the DFW main facility. So when a bill is sent back as "undeliverable by usps", that company puts a hold on your credit card, insurance, everything. I go to use my bank card and it is declined because the bill was sent back to them. I had to prove I still live here. It is a huge mess. I have accepted that I do not have the right to receive mail and will never get mail again. I am disgusted with usps. I have emails from american express and others stating they need my new address. I have emails from amazon of undeliverable packages sent back. I always insist on UPS for deliveries now. I did not know there were others! I saved all emails about undeliverable bills and packages mentioned above. I even have a pice of mail containing a check I needed from my company that they sent UPS with the original envelope USPS marked as undeliverable and sent back. I have a piece of mail form the FAC down the street postmarked 5/12 and it took until 5/24 for USPS to deliver it.

I've had a lot of mail delivered to me that's not mine. It makes me wonder if I get all my mail.

I'm 67 years old and I've lived in 7 houses in 5 different towns and I have never seen postal deliver so lax. Mail is delivered to the wrong address, it gets delivered after 7 pm or it doesn't get delivered for days which is obvious because you receive multiple packets the same day. I'm missing mail but I don't know if it was lost or delivered to the wrong address. No one seems to care and it never improves. I stopped receiving my bills via mail because I can't be sure I'll ever get it. There obviously are not enough employees at the post office to cover the routes they deliver.

Frisco postal service is not good. I stopped complaining years ago because it gets ignored across the board.

I've been calling for months to make a passport appointment and no one answers the phone; not once. Also, I get my neighbors' mail all the time. The addresses or names are not even similar; just pure laziness.

Constant fail days of delivery, mail theft, complete incompetent management and pride in the actual post office building in being rude and non attentive. The few times I have been able to get throug on the phone, the prevailing attitude is one of you are a bother. One time I spoke with a supervisor and was advise by him that is not going to do anything different until he is told by his bosses or postal inspectors.
