Complaint Protest against Frisco USPS - 8700 Stonebrook Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034

Received a pink slip advising that there was a delivery attempt when I wasn't home and that the letter was now at the post office. When I went to pick it up they weren't able to find it or identify the sender. I finally found out who the sender was and found the contents were a monetary donation. Fortunately the sender was able to prevent the check from being cashed fraudulently. This issue went unresolved on the post office's side.

I have had them lose several peices of outgoing mail, including checks. plus my roommate stopped receiving mail and when confronted said that our residence told them that she was no longer living there...what??? I had returned mail before labeled "Garcia" (the previous owner before me) for 2 years before my roommate moved in and I think they somehow confused that name with hers "Flores" which is obviously not similar at all. And yet, I STILL get mail for Garcia while this was going on after telling them several times that they no longer live here. Insane.

Need improved USPS services.

Mail delivered late, in other apartment boxes, & completely lost/ never received PACKAGES!

I would get other people's mail, or never get a bill or package via U.S.P.S. Horrible customer service and that is why I never go in (2 ladies on their phones sharing pictures and never had a smile circa 2011)! Phone line is always has a busy signal and you can never reach anyone there.

Continues to receive mail from other people in my mailbox and I don't know where my mail is

Terrible service when our regular mail guy is not available. Mail delivered after 10PM, packages marked as delivered (most recently listed delivered at 11:53PM) and never received

Our mail does not get delivered for days, delivered to the wrong address or late into the night.

We are in Crown Ridge and have the same issues. This office is the absolute worst!

This USPS location has been notoriously awful for years.

We just moved to Hillcrest Meadows subdivision a little over a week ago. However, we have only gotten mail a handful of times. It's hard to know if it's because we have moved but I would think we'd still be getting junk mail for the previous owners. It's a shame not knowing if we aren't getting mail because it's lost or not being delivered or if we just aren't getting mail.

The worst service I have ever received! I am a small business owner and there are days I go 3 days with out mail and receive other companies mail daily. This is the worst post office ever!!!

We have lived here for 2 years and we routinely receive the wrong mail. Then a couple of weeks ago, a birthday card came torn open with money missing in a little plastic we are sorry we damaged your mail envelope. Sorry indeed. Unconscionable service!

Sometimes mail shows up weeks after it should have.

The post master is horrible.

Multiple times a week the mail on our street gets mixed up.

I've been in this location with lines reaching from the counter to the door, with only one clerk working the front desk. I took a picture of this, and suddenly a postal employee appears and begins giving me a stern "talkin' to" about not being allowed to take photos in a federal facility, using his best G-man impression. Pathetic. To be honest, if you want improvement...do what I did, and never go back. Use UPS or FedEx instead. They actually care about customers.

The worst post office I have ever been to. Had a horrible experience trying to get a passport for my son. Went to The Colony instead, so much better.

Found two mailmen parked smoking cigarettes Saturday at 7 pm. Not delivering mail. Finally recieved my mail at 7:30 pm.

Mailed a gift card to my mother in law from this location. She never received it. Just so happens the store I purchased it from has a way of tracking their gift cards. Turned out that the gift card was used the day after I mailed it, in Dallas. You cannot tell me a UPS employee did not steal that card and use it.
