Complaint Protest against Frisco USPS - 8700 Stonebrook Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034

We have had very inconsistent service from this post office since we moved here in 2005. There is a female mail person that is pretty consistent. Service declines when they substitute for her. Misdelivered mail with same street number but different street is common. I always redeliver to the correct address hoping the favor is returned. Late deliveries after 5 are common. I called the post office to get some action and calls go unanswered. I have reported issues on the usps website which guarantees an email response but never here back. If they had to run their customer service business like I have to, they would be bankrupt. Other than the female routeperson mentioned earlier they dont have any. I handle my postal business while traveling. Many of these effective post offices encountered are constantly being threatened to close due to light volume. How sad as they know what they are doing. We live on Camelot Drive in Frisco, TX. The Stonebrook USPS has had consistently bad customer service for the 21 years we have lived here. We get mail that isn't ours, things we mail take forever to get where they are being sent or never even arrive, packages come damaged on a regular basis, etc.

We have always had inconsistent mail service here in the 111 years we have lived in Frisco. I have emailed complaints via the usps website and have never received return calls or emails. Getting through on the phone is impossible. There is a female who is normally on schedule it is a crap shoot with the rest. I get mail intended for same address # on different streets frequently. Just moved to the area and for the first time have had a horrible experience with the local USPS service in its entirety!

Constantly getting mail intended for other people, and delayed mail with the excuse of "not able to access the door", when I live in a single family home in an ungated community that USPS has full access to. More frequent on Saturday deliveries.

After complaining via USPS customer service about lost mail, mail received for another address, and no pickup of outgoing mail, I stopped receiving all at my address. I'm now going through my US Congressman to resolve this issue and I encourage others with similar issues to do the same! It's against the law (federal) to withhold US mail from its recipient!

I have called 27 times today from 3Pm-5:20PM all during normal business hours! I either get a busy signal or the automated operated message! Get better employees! Fix this damn place! I am trying to book an appointment to get a brand new passport that is not a renewal!

While this petition is well intended in reality it has no teeth. If you want changes made them the complaints must be escalated to your U S Congressman. The postal service takes Congressional Inquires very seriously and must respond with a resolve within 30 days. No postmaster or district manager wants to receive a Congressional Inquiry.

I have had issues with other folks mail being put in my mailbox and my mail going to neighbors for over 3 years of living in PCR. I filed a complaint a few months ago because I had had enough and never heard back from anyone.

Mail consistently placed in wrong boxes. Ordered checks from my bank twice, never received. Ordered a third time, had sent to a relatives address in Grapevine, received the checks within three days.

to the members of the Meadow Hill Estates (Rural Route 41)( West of Rodgers Rd. / North of Meadow Hill Dr.) (excluding Daylily & Thistletree). i would like to take this opportunity to invite anyone to stop me on the street and we can discuss the problems. i have seen some names that are on this route, but no one has talked to me. i have been delivering this route for 15yrs. only within the past yr i have acquired a few new streets (still working on getting to know the names of the residence). i would like to resolve your issues.

We've had mail opened, birthday checks taken, cards slit, packages delivered empty. I called the post office and was told I lived on a highway by the postal service and then she argued with me when I told her I lived in a neighborhood. We've had "contract" carriers for over five years. It's a nightmare.

Rude, lazy, and it's been going on every since the "regulars" started approximately 22yrs ago

This has been issue for last 3 years , complained many time and still lost mail .Also, getting others mail which I had forwarded to right address. This is pathetic.

Biggest issue is the customer service (or lack there of) in the facility itself.

Our mail is constantly messed up. We just recently went out of town and I did a hold mail request and it was ignored. Our mailbox was overflowing half way through the week (my sister went to our house to check on things and found it) AND we had a bunch of someone else's mail. This is far too common. Other issues include extremely late delivery and constantly receiving someone elses mail. Please invest time and money into hiring and properly training quality employees.

Mail has been coming at 8p.m. or 9 & today 6/12/17 I had telephone run-in with Richard that ended with him hanging up on me twice.

Consistently receiving wrong mail and packages being delivered to wrong address and the neighbors reaching out for us to pick them up. 6:30 pm mail delivery, totally unacceptable.

Constantly receiving wrong mail, mail not delivered in a timely fashion, and some mail comes in horrible condition. I live in the Meadow Hill Estates neighborhood.
