I have had continued problems with USPS in Frisco regarding delivery and then with forwarding to my address on 5th street. I received mail for up to 5 other business from surrounding streets. Huge delays in receiving my own mail. Visited in person multiple times and called. No improvement. No solition.

I have had mail delivered to various neighbors and thankfully they brought it to me. I receive my neighbors mail and packages often too and have to redeliver to them. Also have had packages marked as delivered, only to show up 2-3 days later.

We live in Grayhawk and have all the same issues and have for years. Frisco has the worst postal service I've ever seen. We rarely get our own mail and usually get someone else's.

We have most of all the problems that have been reported, lost mail wrong mail delivered and credit cards that have been delivered. Very inconsistent delivery times.

We have had issues with them not picking up our outbound mail and some days the mail doesn't come at all. They will also skip multiple days and then we get it all at once- extremely unreliable.

We are always getting emails from Amazon for confirmation of delivery but no package has been delivered. This means that the post office is scanning the package as delivered and then waiting a day or two to actually deliver it. They are falsifying their delivery metrics!

I have lived in all four corners of the country and this is by far the worst mail service I have ecountered
I have lived in rural areas of the country that have better mail service. It's a 50/50 chance that I'll actually get the correct mail on any given day. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Our mail service has declined greatly over the past couple of months. Some days we do not receive mail. Most days our mail arrives in the early evening.

The staff there are so rude. Always have long lines and no one there is helpful. The ones at the package pick up door are the worst. It's dirty too.

I am often given the wrong mail. My packages with tracking are almost always delivered a day after the tracking says out for delivery. I have watched the mail carrier pass my house delivering to other houses when my tracking shows it should be delivered that day. A couple weeks ago I had a package delivered to my house that belonged to someone else. The package was delivered late in the evening (after 7pm) and was subsequently left out and got rained on. We found it the next day. So sad.

We have mail delivered to us that doesn't belong to us (wrong address) and our mail sometimes goes to other people's homes.. Added a post it with our names and address inside the mailbox and that seemed to help a little. It's a problem.
