Inside the post office-Usually very rude or they move at a snails pace. Customer Service is almost nonexistent and they don't seem to care how long you have been waiting.
At my residence it has been better. I used to get the wrong mail or a nasty gram about parking within 15 feet of the mail box when it wasn't even my vehicles.

We moved here from CA and never have I experienced rich bad service. Sometimes we don't get mail until after 9pm and other times we get no mail. I've never eat experienced such poor mail service

I realize delivering mail can be a grueling task but to have as many problems as we do in our neighborhood with mail not being delivered to getting someone else's mail very often, there has to be a fix out in place. I

Out of every 3 packages 1 is lost and often I get packages for other addresses, seems like the mailman does not pay attention to the address or perhaps simply just need some glasses.

Outgoing mail regularly not picked up, mail regularly "lost" or not delivered, packages opened, items removed, and resealed, have never experienced poor mail service until going through this station.

Not only do we receive other addresses mail when our usual carrier is off (she's great herself) but I've had outgoing mail skipped over several days in a row if there is no inbound mail for us. I've also had outbound mail pushed to the back of the mail box and not picked up.

Wrong mail delivered to my address a frequent problem (several times within a month), my mail (specifically packages) delivered to a neighbor who luckily brings it over (has happened more than twice within a year and a half).

Its been about 4 months now and we still haven't received our check from our insurance that was mailed by our insurance company in February. And we always get wrong mail on a daily bases.

Mail is frequently delayed (vs. Informed Delivery that shows me what's SUPPOSED to be delivered that day), missing entirely, and we've gone multiple days without receiving any mail at all. Contacting the post office is a joke - no one EVER answers or the line is busy. Who has busy signals these days??

Periodically receive mail intended for neighbor next door or down the street. Have to take the time to put in the correct box. Also, driver(s) doesn't always properly close mailbox door. Sometimes find door open with mail inside or find mail wet when door left open during rain.

I am constantly getting the wrong mail. Most recently I had a greeting card with a gift card inside mailed to me from Louisiana and never received it. This is just one incident in a long list. I am so glad someone is addressing this issue. This USPS is by far the worse and I have lived in many areas of the country. Something had to be done.
