I have had several late bills because mail is not picked up sometimes for several days. I avoid this now by going by the post office to drop them off. I shouldn't have to do this since I have a mailbox right in front of my house but it is the only way to avoid late fees.

No response for days for passport service either. Mail carrier that drives recklessly.

As a Frisco resident who's frequented this post office weekly over the last years, I can simply say, I've never seen anything quite like this post office. Inefficient and inept, to put it mildly.

I've had a number of poor interactions with the employees at the stonebrook location. I spend way too much money in shipping for my business with USPS to be denied to drop a pre-stamped box off a few minutes before closing (cause my mail guy didn't pick up my requested box). There are a few people there that are extremely rude.

Took forever to setup my mailbox at my new business due to the unorganized structure. Did not receive my water bill one month and almost had water shut off. No one ever answers the phones and takes days to receive packages on two day shipping orders from Amazon.

Our catalogs and magazines are always delivered folded with a crease in them. I canceled all my magazine subscriptions because it's so frustrating to flip through pages of a creased magazine.

My passport was here for me to pick-up, but when I went to get it, it "wasn't there". So I left, called the passport agency who said it wasn't returned, and they had received confirmation it WAS delivered to this location. So I sent back to the post office, waited for help for 40 min, just to get someone who wasn't interested in looking for my passport, so I asked for a supervisor to help, none were available. So I left my phone number and asked for it to be left with the supervisor. I then received no phone call from the post office supervisor, and followed up again with the passport agency, still no luck. So I called the post office, no person answered the phone, so I went back a third time. I was upset and demanded they look for my package, J was annoyed. They wouldn't get the supervisor for me, but I heard the supervisor say he was the supervisor to someone else so I jumped over to him and caused a stir. Needless to say in the end MY PASSPORT WAS ON THE SUPERVISORS DESK THE ENTIRE TIME! "Oh, this?", they could care less, no apology or anything

Lines are too long, they dont have stamps of certain value, do not take time to send registered mail, instead talk you into either sending certified, or go to another location. Just totally different from norm.

I've been to this post office several times and I can't believe how poor the customer service is. It's a tough job, but it's also a failing business plan - at minimum customer service could be a positive, and it's not.

Extremely lackadaisical Frisco mail services. We're always getting wrong mail and mail in our mailbox from previous owners that we have gone to exhausting efforts in returning to sender and informing our mail person that those residents no longer live here. It's quite frustrating. As for the USPS store in Frisco. Don't even both going there. WAY understaffed.

I can't even count how many times I have been given the wrong mail, and I know some of my mail gets delivered o the wrong address because some bills I don't get or I get way late. I've lived here almost 20 years and he mail has always sucked.

I have mailed payments for years. Mailed two payments from this post office both going local and it took almost a month for them to be received and post. Not acceptable!

Watched the mailman deliver mail next door and walk away without closing the mailbox. Have received others mail that was for several people blocks away all in the same day.
