We're constantly getting the wrong mail or our mail is delivered to someone else!

Mail not delivered or picked up when left in box. Haven't picked up packages when scheduled for pick up. Mail delivered after 8pm along with many pieces of mail with a variety of addresses in the neighborhood. Neighbors delivering my mail they got in their boxes, bills etc...

We were soon fed up and tried just about everything to get our mail delivered. We even had channel 8 news conduct a special report.....of course they denied any wrong doing

Our mail carrier is awesome! The service at the post offices however is awful.

We have had several issues over the last few years, we don't receive catalogs and then receive a whole bunch at once. We often receive our neighbors mail. We didn't receive a letter that was overnighted to us- turns out we got it 4 days late.

One time I had two rolls of stamps delivered to my house and when I got them from the mailbox, one roll was missing and there was a hole in the envelope it came in. I also had several times when packages weren't delivered.

Had to pay late fees and interest on two bills that were overdue that I never received in the past 12 months.

Our mailbox is only shut by the mail carrier after placing mail in it half the time. The last two days I've received emails from Amazon stating they couldn't deliver my packages by USPS because I wasn't home. I literally watched the mailman deliver my mail and walked immediately to my box! How is that not being home? He never came to my door to try to deliver.

We have not received our mail after mail hold depite going to the 75034 post office to correct this problem.

I worked for a local Frisco company several years and once had mail (client payments and invoices) delivered 4 months late! The Stonebrook post office is the worst. Terrible attitudes from employees and management.

We don't receive all of our mail and it is often placed in the wrong box. We get other people's mail too.

We have the same problem in the trails community. Some days we get mail and some days we do not. Very often we get the wrong Mail or our mail is miss delivered to someone else and we do not know until we get the next months bill.
