Complaint Protest against Frisco USPS - 8700 Stonebrook Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034

There have been numerous occasions where mail has never been delivered or I have had to take mail to another resident of my neighborhood because it was planned mistakenly in my mailbox

How funny! I was just there last week ... walked in after hours looking for passport applications and the place looked like a bomb had gone off! Trash everywhere, adhesive strips from self sticking envelopes all over the counters, torn up paperwork on the floor, unfinished drinks on counter tops, etc. I literally stood there with my Jaw dropped for a minute before I walked to the passport office area in the back corner. Of course, there were no applications, so I went home and printed some ... called up there and left a message to schedule a passport appointment. Well, I received a call back today from the rudest woman who was behaving like I was putting her out because I had a few questions! And all this time I've been wondering why we have a difficult time getting our mail. One visit to this place and it all makes sense now!

Bad customer service. Long lines. Rude workers. The lady yelled at me when i asked a question. They are surely racist. They treat me bad always. Unacceptable..buy thats my only choice as the 75034 on coit doesnt have customer service option

Help me get my medicine

I had a package shipped UPS but they transferred to USPS. My package ended up at Frisco USPS office. There it sat for two weeks while nobody there would do anything to locate it. I called them at lest 10 times and never got anyone to answer the phone.

I went to this location last September for a item that was registered mail. I had received the notice while in the hospital. After 15 minutes in line to get to the door, I was told that items were kept for only 10 days. She returned my slip, and looked around me to the next in line. I asked if she could just check just in case, since it was early morning the tenth day, But she did not check or care.

Has been horrible for the 15 years I've lived here. No mail, mail takes two weeks to be delivered when sent from a person literally on the other side of El Dorado. Postal worker broke my mailbox and just left broken piece on ground with no note.

Frisco Post Office is run by a bunch of deadbeat criminals. I have not mailed anything from Frisco for the last 12 years, anytime I do mail order I specifically request UPS or FedEx. I was fed up with packages arriving open or damaged all the time. That has never happened with UPS or FedEx.

This location is a disgrace. Please take corrective actions soon.

We are having the same mail issues in Kingswood Village in Frisco. We have in the past complained and even have been featured in abc news. But nkthing was done to fix the problem. Hopw this helps fix the problem.

No mail for days and failed package deliveries!

I receive payments for my Buisness at this location and they are always late! Usually put in someone else's box. I receive other people's mail in my box from other PO numbers not even close to mine.

Wrong mail, lost mail, no customer service in the usps building. Mail wasn't held to the day I signed up for.

All mail is not delivered, i.e., bills. I have Informed Delivery and what is delivered does not always match what they say will be delivered. When regular carrier is off, often no mail is delivered at all, or just one or 2 pieces will be delivered. The bulk of the mail does not show up until he returns. On more than one occasion, they left a notice for me to pick up package at the post office. When I went there, the package could not be found. I received a second notice but, again, they could not find the package. When I went to the post office after I received the third notice, it was miraculously found. Our carrier never even checks to see if anyone is home; he just automatically leaves the notice in the mailbox. Packages shipped to me from friends in CA were never received. This post office (Frisco) is the absolute worst. They need to clean house and hire all new employees.

Mail delivered to wrong address frequently. Late deliveries. Long, long waiting lines at post office. Not leaving packages even if they are on the delivery vehicle. Had to chase them down to get it.

I find myself delivering the mail 3 or 4 days a week to neighbors due to wrong delivery by post office We go a few days with NO mail and I would hate to know what bills dont get paid by others because they never receive them. Luckily i have them autopay mine. Been problem since we moved here 15yrs ago!

I continue to receive the wrong mail constantly.

I dont live in Preston highlands, but I do live in Frisco and I have had other issues with our local USPS office.

Terrible service here. Mail lost or not delivered on time, delivered to the wrong mailbox, etc.

Wow, I thought this only happened in my neighborhood. Hopefully this will be addressed.
