This place is so bad. They don't have any idea what customer service. It's so bad I filed a complaint with the Denver office. They gave me my complaint number and told me I would hear from postmaster in Lewisville or Colony because they oversee Stonebrook. NEVER heard from them either!!

We get mail that belongs to a home located a few miles from us on a regular basis. I recently logged into ALL of my household billing accounts and selected to receive my bills electronically, because these yahoos can't get our mail delivered correctly!

I'm one of the victims here. Stonebrook USPS office is being controlled "literally" by just one contractor. No one has any control over him and he does his job with his own intentions and will.

Multiple problems in the mail. One of which they have put strikes through postcards for getting one little thing wrong on the address. They knew where the postcard should go but put a big black sharpie long across our kids card just not be mean, and that's only the tip of the iceberg. The post master is rude as well.

Had so many issues with missing mails. When there is a gift items or goods we just need to pray that they will deliver it. Sometimes it sounds fishy when we loose only valuable items delivered by USPS but not junk. They may need to investigate if someone is intentionally misplacing valuable goods. They are not serious at all, I had complained multiple times and sent an email to main manager but never got any response.

Consistently get my neighbors mail. Multiple times a week. Also had to write a letter to my mail man asking him to take my outgoing mail after it sat in my mailbox for a WEEK with the flag up....

I get it- working for the post office isn't that glamorous, as my dad did it for years! However, I am in here so much that the guy recognizes me all the time but is still not too friendly...I don't get it...I used to go to another post office for years and the guy always recognized me and was friendly and asked about the kids etc- this place just seems to run weird and super slow! Please do something

I have called and complained in the past regarding the horrible service at this post office since I moved to Frisco in 2002. If I have to mail anything, I go to post offices in other cities (Plano, Garland, Richardson, Bedford, etc.) that I am driving through or visiting. Staff are incompetent, rude, extremely slow and have a horrible attitude.

I have not received several things over the past couple of years. I have had bills arrive late. Last year I sent my Christmas cards in December and no one got them until July. No joke. I continue to get other peoples mail in my mailbox.

The worst Post Office!!! (Stonebrook). Customer Service is terrible, the employees are rude. I complained coupled of times but all have the same actitud. Thank you for the opportunity to express my self.
