We have the same issues as listed by others. For years we had Mailman Mike and he was fantastic but he has been assigned a different route. However, if he ever took time off and someone filled in it was a challenge to find our mail.

Packages not arriving as scheduled and/or lost for weeks, slow service, and I won't go near the Stonebrook location. I tell out of state family to send mail/pkgs anyway but USPS.

The worst experience we had in Frisco was when we moved into a newly built neighborhood and for weeks we couldn't get mail delivered. We would get one or two pieces a week and have no idea where the rest of it went. That went on for months. The all of a sudden we started getting everything daily. 6-10 pieces daily from 1-2 pieces a week. I don't know why. We still get the wrong mail quite often and take it to the neighbors.

Multiple miss address deliveries, lack of delivery each day and mysterious missing packages...ie case of Napa wine never showed or found.

Mail is not consistent. The post office staff, are slow. The managers have been curt and unorganized.

Even the few two weeks I've had someone mail me something twice because I haven't received it in the mail. They are now having to mail it a third time. Ridiculous.

Mail pickup and delivery is not daily, some days are completely missed. Also, at times the mail man/women visits very late in the day.

I'm signing this petition in the hopes that it will help improve the worst customer service and extremely incompetent staff that work at the US Post Office in Frisco, TX at the Stonebrook location.

Our neighborhood faces all these issues in addition to when the mail is actually delivered it goes to the wrong house. Thank goodness for good neighbors but more often than not, it's them delivering our mail to the right house, not the postman.

Have now had to go pick up two packages they didn't even bother/ attempt to deliver. Have to video doorbell as proof no one ever rang the doorbell!

The worst customer service in the history of customer service. Even a broken clock is right twice a day but this is the single biggest waste of taxpayer money I've ever encountered. Snide, rude and lazy... I have a dozen examples but most recently took our six month old baby in to get a passport after making an appointment six weeks in advance. Took the day off work, showed up punctually and were turned away because our appointment didn't show up on their "list". The place was literally empty and they refused to accept our already completed paperwork.

Mail getting delivered to the wrong address, receding other people's mail. Also, not getting my mail in a timely fashion

On numerous occasions, I have waited on line for over 45 minutes, while the sole employee working the front desk, takes a break! Other employees are heard laughing about it. Have also arrived to pick up a package, and after waiting for 20 minutes for the worker to notice me, she took my receipt, shut the door, and not return for 45 minutes. While looking through the small crack in the door, I saw her leaning against the counter, talking to a fellow employee. Over the years, any complaints, in person, in writing or on line, have been ignored. I go to Plano.

I've lived in Frisco for 13 years and always with this horrible post office. I've complained and called, gotten wrong mail constantly and who knows where mine went. I've waited days for something when it shows delivered. Never have I experienced this type of service from any post office. Ridiculous!!

My neighbor went on vacation and stopped their mail. While they were on vacation I got no mail & the frisco usps didn't know what happened to my mail. When my neigh got home & got their mail - mine was with theirs! I get mail late 7pm often.

Misdelivered mail is my biggest complaint. I find mail stuck in my door, neighbors bring me mail, and I get other peoples mail.

I'm so glad I moved to a different part of Frisco. When I was there I had a very important piece of mail, and it got delivered to a different address. Luckily where it got delivered knew me, and brought it to me after a few extra days. It also wasn't unusual for me to check my mail after work and it still not be there yet. And if I had to send a package, that was the worst. So glad I don't have to deal with that anymore.

I have been a Frisco resident for 9 years & agree with all the complaints mentioned here and would like to add a few too. On multiple occasions, I received mail with open envelopes & when I talk to our oriental mailman he rudely advised me to contact the main post office since he has no time to address this issue. Also, many times the mailman left the mail in our mailbox and did not close the mailbox, which is why sometimes my neighbor brought my mail to me saying he picked it up from the street or the mail is wet and unreadable since it rained that particular day.
