I think it’s one of the most fun times at summer with the street closed and all the restaurants outside. I think it brings more foot traffic for all on that block!

It takes 30 seconds to drive around it. Well worth the benefits to the businesses on Main Street, a safe area for kids to socialize and play, and an area for the community to gather. After the last two years, we need to promote socialization and gatherings more than ever.

This is a great idea to bring the community together, learn from each other, and build connections while having our children safely run around and do the same.

I live in Carbondale and support this. I utilize the downtown area on foot and bicycle and prefer a safer street area.

This has been a great opportunity to slow down and learn more of the businesses on Main.

The outdoor dining and shopping experiences, without the exhaust and noise of cars, is priceless.
