We, the undersigned residents of the Villages of Hunters Point, are requesting that the HOA Board and/or Builder consider adding additional parking spaces (such as a designated parking lot or expanded mailbox parking to allow visitors) to address ongoing concerns with limited parking availability.

Enough is enough. Either build more spots or stop letting the city ticket us for parking in our own neighborhood.
The builder really messed up the parking situation here. Its just not practical for families.
Been saying this for months. You cant even walk down the street because people are forced to park on the curbs since the driveways are tiny.
its impossible to have anyone over for dinner without them getting a ticket. our driveway fits one car and the garage is way to small for a suv.
Parking has become a real issue in our neighborhood. With no visitor spots, no street or sidewalk parking, and the city ticketing us, we urgently need a better solution. Not to mention our garage are not true 2 car garages and the driveways only fit 2 cars.
