Let's bring back the "Colorado Masonic Family" license plates!

In 2007, these plates were discontinued due to "lack of interest". In order to bring them back, we need 3,000 names on a petition as required by the Colorado Department of Revenue.

Brethren, we need your name and Colorado address in order to make this happen. You are NOT obligated to purchase these plates. We're not looking for ANY donations. Your information will be used ONLY for the purposes of providing the required number of names in a petition to the Colorado Department of Revenue. You don't even have to be a Mason to sign this petition -- get your family members and friends to help us out by providing their name and Colorado address on this petition!

If our petition is successful, then the Colorado Masonic family license plates will once again be available through all DMVs as are all other specialty plates.

This project is spearheaded by Marquis de Lafayette Lodge No. 41 and Manitou Lodge No. 68.

For a full description of Colorado's requirements to create a special group license plates, look at this document from the Colorado Department of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles - Title and Registration Sections, Rule 16 Group Special License Plates:

Suggest to reconsider the Masonic Family text...possibly remove it completely in favor of the symbol.

Suggestion: Your petition signing fields are mislabeled. The 'Street' field requires a 'valid email address'. This could be limiting your signups.

I agree about the address and I think it should be confirmed before we collect 3,000 signatures. Getting signatures a second time would make us look bad and of course twice the work.

My husband would love this for his truck. Hope we get enough people soon.

PLEASE fix the form. It keeps saying my zip code is invalid even though it is right.
