How a company like Orangetree Utilities is allowed to hold us all hostage is outrageous. That building is standing & waiting to open!!!!! Please take over that embarrassment of a utility and give us a place to spend our money!!!! 18 years of ineffectual promises and now this insult! Please get publix open ASAP. Orangetree utility needs to go. They treat their residential customers like Sh#t. Now they are doing the same to this business. Normally im not in favor of governments taking over private business but this company likes to hold you hostage. Check out the reviews on google. All comments are awful about their service. Please do somthing we neeed this publix.

Please bring an end to this hold up. It's time to get a "meeting of the minds" and get this done so local businesses can serve the thousands of customers in this rapidly growing area of Collier County. Spend some of our tax dollars to represent the Golden Gate Estates residents for once. We were already let down by our commissioners who allowed the for profit school to be built in a quiet residential neighborhood because of a loophole. Stop this nonsense now, we demand it!
