I can't withdraw anymore from the vault because I'm told that withdrawal is already in progress on it while this transaction doesn't exist. I tried to reach the support several times but I'm always getting automatic answer as coinbase doesn't offer support for my country. If someone could help
My account is under verification for over 2 months, the customer support is horrible and just send template answers that don't solve the issue. They don't give the option to withdraw funds and close the account, and the amount they are holding is close to 3000 USD at the moment.
Coinbase locks you out if your account and takes month to get back in only to discover all of your coins were stolen. Multiple emails over months and still have not talked to a person. An automatic message will say your case is resolved. They are terrible. Do not use coinbase!
For over three months now Coinbase has most of my life savings: 1.922 BTC; 42 ETH; and 100 LINK locked in their vaults, I filed 10 support cases and have just filed a formal complaint. I'm suing if my problem is not resolved by May 12, 2021.
Unauthorized withdrawal of my money from my account to unknown paypal account. Coinbase could not give more details about the unauthorized logged in to my account? (ie, ip address, log file, screenshot ...)? Their answers were so general and blamed to users without any evidence.
Coinbase closed my account for violation of terms of agreement. However no reason has been given to me. I tried contacting them no answers from customer service they just send me to their automatic help page which is no help at all. Now I can’t withdraw my money as my withdraw account hasn’t been set up.
My accounts been under review for too long!!!!!!

Coinbase suddenly restricted my account 2 months ago and since then my funds are frozen and I can no longer make any withdrawals. In total it is a six-figure amount and it is my entire savings.
