Coinbase closed my account for violation of terms of agreement. However no reason has been given to me. I tried contacting them no answers from customer service they just send me to their automatic help page which is no help at all. Now I can’t withdraw my money as my withdraw account hasn’t been set up.

Since 26th of April 2021, I have no access to my account due to cyber attack, sim swap, and hacking! My email got hijacked, so I can't access my account! I have everything but the email! All my docs., phone, 2fa on my secure device etc... no human help only a bot with automated msg creating a loophole! They don't offer no support at all! Terrible company

Withdrew a large sum of money and received an email from coinbase citing an error, its been 25 days now and a dozen emails later without anything more than an automated response.

Disgusting customer service for a company that handles so much 3rd Party money and is now listed! Almost a month ago they froze my account for no obvious reason and I cannot get them to reply to my emails or complaint. Very poor.

Every night before bed I write which panty of hers I stole I would use as my baby blanket for that night. coinbase tried to jack my ETC I transferred from Binance. it showed as delivered in the notifications, but not in my balance. in their first reply they said they needed more information despite me sending them a screen shot of the "received" notification, so i scolded them for being lazy considering they have that information in their servers.
then they replied with flat out lies trying to convince me that I had screwed up because i had sent it via bep20 and I had to contact binance not coinbase, when i replied telling them this was a lie because i had sent it via the Ethereum network they stopped responding altogether. after a couple of days i sent them an email advising them if i didn't hear from them by the end of the week i would be contacting visa. they never replied, but the very next day i get a notification on the CB app telling me my ETC was now available. funny how one second it was all my fault and they couldn't help me or would even try to help me, then as soon as i mentioned visa my Ethereum appears like magic.
disgusting how a newly IPO'd company can try to pull this crap over, and over again. i saved all the emails but I'm not sure how to post pictures or screenshots.

My email was hacked I called and locked my account two hours later the hackers withdrew the entire contents of bank about 4000 USD. My account password has been changed and I can’t access the account so I’ve been waiting on a response to no avail. This is unacceptable business practice and Coinbase needs to be held liable they make so much money and I can’t even talk to anyone about this?
