The scale of this response has forced the district to accelerate our meeting timeline. I am currently finalizing the formal request to present at the next board session.

About time. He was a great kid and it would mean so much to the whole community to see his name on that field.
Gauger-Cobbs wont be the same without him. This is the least we can do.
So glad this is happening. Keeping his spirit alive is so important for the kids who knew him.
Great idea. Cody deserves to be remembered like this.
YES! Cody was the best. Seeing his name every time we walk past the school will be amazing.

This is a beautiful way to honor his memory. My heart goes out to his family.
