I am currently compiling the data regarding pay disparities to include in a formal briefing for local labor representatives. This documentation will anchor our upcoming discussions with policymakers to ensure they address systemic wage inequities directly.

so tired of seeing my friends get lowballed when they have the same degrees as everyone else. fix it.
My wife works way harder than her boss and gets paid half. This is ridiculous.
People should get paid equally and fairly.
