The management office of Gates of Mclean claims that the color of the door lock of unit 3403 is not 'Polished Brass'.
But after we saw the picture of the lock, we all believe the color of the lock matches.
During the past 2 weeks, the office sent warnings through mail and emails to the owner of unit 3403 about this matter, which cost him a lot of time to go through and respond. These annoying notices also caused inconvenience to his life and work.
As residents in Gates of Mclean, we pay money from our own pocket to the management office, hope they can provide us a safe and comfortable living environment, but not sending us endless warning notices about the mismatching details of our home doors. Especially when it already matches.
This needs to be changed now!

I think the color matches and looks no different from other locks in our community. I hope the management office could withdraw the warning notice.
