We are asking the Roatan Municipal to formally close Roatan Rescue. There are currently 60+ animals being housed there that are not receiving proper medical care and we question who is feeding the animals since the director of the rescue has left the island for 3 weeks. The constant howling, crying and barking can be heard 1/4 mile away.
