We had taken Contracts with Clickmobileonline for 18 months on a cashback deal. We were supposed to get around 330 GBP after completion of 6 months, which we have not received after repeated reminders and we have to receive another 990 GBP and have been stuck with huge mobile bills from the networks. Clickmobile has closed its shop and all the registered mail is being returned back. We need to be able to cancel our contracts because the network providers are also responsible for this or the Network providers should give the cashback (instead of commission) to the customers directly.
