I live in one of two buildings that the Huntingdon Fire Chief (Pierre Clement) condemned in the past 8 days. Both owned by the same person in a little town of 2600 population (humm, odd). Where the fire chief knocked on my door, handed me a paper signed by him, giving me 5 minutes to pack my personal effects and get out! No court order, no council meeting, nothing, just him and his by-law. 8 days later with 4 families in the street and 3 buinesses closed. All that comes to mind is, how can someone do this without any prior notification No-one person should be able to affect so many lives without question.
