Dear Dr.Flynn, We the 7th and 8th graders of Jonas Clarke Middle School want to have separate dances for separate grades. It will be more fun for us if the dances are arranged the way they always have been, a dance for eighth graders, and a separate one for seventh graders. At a mixed dance, the gym will be overcrowded, we will be surrounded by people we hardly know, and the dance simply won't be as fun as it would be otherwise. This is the seventh grader's first dance-Shouldn't it be special and fun This is one of the eighth graders' last dances at Clarke-Shouldn't they be able to have fun with people they have grown up with It would be more fun for all the students this way. Please keep our interests in mind while you make your decision. Signed
