Pay rise for civil servants
Despite the Pandemic. Civil servants have continued to work their from home to ensure all relevant support and help is provided to the public.
Some departments in the civil service have now got extra work load due to brexit, but are not given a pay rise and are expected to do more work than before.
There are some departments within the civil service who have to work on weekends or bank holidays off.
The salary range for civil servants is far less then what one will get when working for the private sector.

totaly agree. private sector get bonuses and we get told to just be thankful we have a job
REALLY NEED THIS. 10 years of pay freezes is enough we do twice the work now for less money.
its about time tbh. everyone is struggling with the cost of living and we keep getting told no by management.
Working bank holidays with no extra pay is a joke.
the workload has gone crazy since brexit started and nobody seems to care about the staff
well done for raising this awareness

Finally someone said it. My partner works in hr for the civil service and is absolutely burnt out
