Residents of the Shenango Valley this includes Sharon Farrell in Hermitage I believe it's time for us to stand up against these horrible pothole filled roads that we have to drive on daily as residents we pay several taxes to the city. So in turn I feel that these City officials should be sending all vehicle owners a check quarterly for vehicle maintenance. I don't know about you but I pay entirely too much money to own and maintain a well operating vehicle. Please stand up with me
