One of the biggest consumer rip offs in the area. Not only do we get ripped off with the high cost, but the nonsense fees, on top of paying for water, trash, recyclables, & get taxed on top of it. I am a single mother living on 700 a month, & my utilities are over 200 a month, leaving us to go without our own needs, or groceries. :( There needs to be a way to stop Mishawaka Utilities from their outrageous cost upon the consumers.
