We as the people of Mishawaka, Indiana are being ripped off by the City of Mishawaka and it's utilities company. There is no evidence that the utility company has came out to read the residents of Mishawaka's meters. It is believed that they are estimating our bills. We need to file a petition and contact the Indiana Attorney General about the business conduct of Mishawaka Utilities. Please sign this petition and contact the Indiana Attorney General in order for our bills to be issued fairly and justly. Thank you!
