A child born on US soil to a parent or parents who are not either US Citizens or are not legal US residents will not be granted US Citizenship but rather be a citizen of the country of the child's birth parent or parents. If this is to be law, it would slow the illegal alien flow into the United States. It will make it so that the United States can deport those who break United States laws. This will also end the ability of illegal aliens to draw assistance from WE THE PEOPLE. This will close a loophole in current law.
