We, the undersigned CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES, request and demand that the Congress of the United States propose and pass an amendment to the US Constitution that specifically limits apportionment of members of the US House of Representatives to the number of US CITIZENS ONLY and specifically EXCLUDES any resident alien whether legally within the US or otherwise.
