i don't believe this would benefit the Odon community, and i also feel if this were to change to industrial zoning, the surrounding properties would lose their property value

This is right across from my house. I have 3 young kids. Would you want to raise your kids next to a building full of carcinogens? Would you ever feel totally safe about the air your kids breathe or the water they drink? Me either. Not to mention the property value would plummet. There are plenty of places they can put this factory that isn't in the midst of families and their homes

Don't allow this. Small towns like Odon and the surrounding area have flourished for decades without this type of industry moving in. We need to preserve our rural areas.
