I am completely opposed to rezoning this land from Agriculture to Industrial-2 (look here: http://www.indiana-property.com/zoning.php) ; opposed to inserting a creosote facility in the middle of a rural, residential, farming community; locating it near streams that lead to larger bodies of water in another county, and opposed to the influx of traffic to support such a facility. There are serious life threatening, environmental, and safety concerns.

We are OPPOSED to rezoning 50 acres situated on the North side of Indiana Railroad, West of U.S. Highway 231, 2.3 miles East of Odon Indiana from Agricultural to Industrial use.

I am OPPOSED to rezoning this area for industrial use. Especially for a Creosote plant. Just google anything about Creosote plant problems and explain to me how anyone could live remotely close to one of them!

As a near neighbor to this proposed industrial area, I oppose this being a creosote infusion plant. Probably not EPA approved, in my humble opinion.

As a neighbor I do not want it in my back yard. This is entirely different than a livestock operation.
