We do NOT need to destroy anymore of our farmland!!!!

I do not support these being built in Frederick County VA.

To close to schools, farms,rural retreat businesses,traffic already increasing on 11 when 81 is a parking lot(which is almost a daily occurrence now).property values plummeting. We do not these in our community. We need farmers ,once farm land is gone it can never be reclaimed . No,no no. Our way of life needs to be protected not exploited! The jobs will not be for locals either!

We do not want this in Winchester.

We do not wish to have a data center in our locality.

Our community voted against a shooting range near the electric plant because of noise, we certainly wouldn’t want a constant hum and light pollution from this unsightly monstrosity. Don’t destroy the beauty of what is left of this vista to the mountain range, save the wildlife, our Route11 will be a mad ugly mess with trucks. Stephens City has one stoplight on Main St. that’s already congested from new housing on the backroads. Middletown doesn’t need the congestion. Salem Church road is my home place of 65 years, directly across the proposed building site, I don’t want this and definitely don’t need this in my golden years. This is devastating to say the least. Move on! PoS!

This is a crazy place to put this type of business

The Shenandoah Valley needs to be protected from further development. The most beautiful part about living and visiting our area will cease to exist if they keep destroying it.

Keep it RURAL

Data center look good on paper, tax rolls and construction project payrolls. As facilities with high power demands, read another power substation and onsite standby gensets they are not visually pleasing. Also consider the demands on the existing power grid. Who pays for the needed upgrades. I as a residential customer do not want to pay for that. Will the developer foot that bill? It is possible to require more visually pleasing exterior architectural features. ie windows even if just simulated ones. They do not provide much local employment once built. Tax revenue is moderate if at all after the typical development incentives granted. What profers will the developer provide that will benefit the community only, not just new roads or enhancements to existing ones to service this development. Property taxes on the equipment original and subsequent replacements are a source for the tax rolls, is that worth what these facilities do to the landscape?

Don’t destroy our valley anymore

There are so many unfavorable impacts that this will create. Our small town is being destroyed and changed way to rapidly and we all know the infortuctructure we have can not handle this huge data center. This needs to stop!

No, just go to LOCO & PWCO where they’ll love you.
